The Bass Wore Scales ReviewMy son gave me a copy of "The Alto Wore Tweed" for beach reading. Now that I am home and miles from any beach, I am still laughing as I read Mark Schweizer's other Liturgical Mysteries. The "hero" of Mr. Schwrizer's series is a detective, a musician and a "would be" author who slips his latest writings into the choir folders for Sunday sermon reading. I have introduced "The Alto Wore Tweed" to all ages and find that they join me in the laughter. One friend who is recovering from surgery told me he is used to skimming as he reads, but he found that he can't skim TAWT for fear of missing another Schweizer gem. A "G" rating for an A+ read. Although this review is for the Alto, all of this series is Great Fun.The Bass Wore Scales Overview
