Piano Lessons - Mastering Piano Accompaniment (3 DVDs, 1 Book) ReviewI am enjoying this DVD course because I am able to apply the techniques Yoke Wong demonstrated to make music on the piano without reading notes on the staff as I was trained to do. The accompaniment course has taught me to think about what chords and inversions that I am actually playing without reading what to play. This course has taught me to sing the melody while playing the chords with a rhythmic L.H. beat, like the western or swing rhythm. I am able to pass this information on to my students when they are ready for new ways to play music on the piano.
